How would you code for a joint injection at the base of the thumb? 20600 or 20605?

For RHIT you can do a variety of jobs, such as Release of Details, Document Imaging with scanning records, Record Analyst where they make certain the chart is total with signed notes, all details right, and so on., or a supervisor/ supervisor of an area or department (like you said) ☺ I currently hold an RHIT and work as a Record Expert for a hospital (the doctors like me with all the email pointers I send lol)

I have a concern! Do you think the profession of medical coding should need more education? Maybe an actual bachelors degree? I’m really delighted to start in the field, I begin my program in the new couple of weeks.
